ArtBox gives online-savvy collectors, gallery owners and artists a new, highly flexible way to systematically record artworks, share selected information and present it to various groups in a modern look.
The ArtBox software supports this with many useful functions. Integrated text and image editor, authorisation controls – both internal and external – time limits on visits, automated output of exposés, document management and much more.
The latest feature is a public showroom that can be used by gallery owners and artists for portraits, studio or vernissage invitations, or as a gallery website. Selected works can then be added with just a few clicks.
The ArtBox software solution is a project by Berlinbrands CC GmbH – designed by BRAINS and technically implemented by the DATAFIX team throughout all phases of development.
Since 2025, ArtBox has been available to an exclusive circle of clients. All experience gained from using ArtBox 1.0 will be incorporated into Artbox 2.0, which will be implemented in 2026.
